lol hang in there, we are almost there !! They did to you when you called but I went and asked them in person, basically they gave me the same story and after going there twice and not being able to get any answers I gave up and decided to wait like all other patient people, but still I can't help but count days:):)

You will all be happy to know that my anxiety got the best of me and I called and spoke to the guy who handles the nursing applications! LOL! I'm horrible! Anyway, he says the letters will go out either Friday or early next week!!! WOOT! Now I can relax a little, knowing the wait isn't much longer! :yeah:

I'm glad to see your persistence paid off!!! I got the run around like you did and decided to give up because I was driving myself crazy!!! LOL Fingers crossed everyone!!! The wait is almost OVER.

did Anyone receive the letter? I'm literally waiting at front of the window to see the mail arrives and nothinggggg:eek:

I just called admissions and unfortunately the letters have not been sent out yet. :confused: When I asked her if she knew when they would be sent out she said she didn't know, but within the next couple of weeks. Im confused! Im still holding out hope that they are gonna be sent out the beginning of this week.

Well, I spoke to the guy that handles the nursing apps/letters again, just in case (after what Mac heard). He said they'll definitely be sent out this week.

I was about to call him also but I just saw you guys posted updates, thanks!! and yes fingers crossed!! We have become a small team in a way, at least that is the positive outcome of this waiting process lol

So i went to admissions after class today and i was told the same thing, that they were sending them out in a couple of days. The person at the desk went and asked the guy who handles the applications and thats what he said, so hopefully we get something this week !!!!!

Just a little tip of something you can do to see if you made it... if you don't like waiting on the letters. I've heard this, don't know if it's true, but... if you get on "Mineonline", and do the program evaluation for Nursing, and it actually works, that means you got in. Otherwise it will give you an error message saying there's no evaluation available. Like I said, don't know if it's true or not, but worth a shot? :)

I don't think that is true. I have been using the program evaluation since my first semester at OCCC, it IS a great tool for keeping people on track of what they need to get done in order to graduate though! I am excited to see who gets in, the wait has been unbearable :)
