Wireless monitors: Monica/Novii, other telemetry

Hello all! Any nurses out there using a wireless monitor in their facility that they particularly like?

Are you using novii? Is it user friendly & reliably picking up the fetal heart rate? We have the old Monica which we haven't found to be that great because there are too many parts, it can't go into water, and it often takes too long to set up/doesn't end up working.

Anyone out there have a telemetry EFM system that they love, or can talk about?

Thank you all

Sorry to say I don't have experience with wireless monitoring, but I just wanted to say your user name made me laugh! My husband is from Pittsburgh and has introduced me to a lot of the local vernacular :)

We have a Novii. We used it twice, and it has been out of use since, because it appeared to show great inaccuracies with the FHT. We're now all a bit gunshy to try to use it again. So it sits in my office...

Our L&D unit had/has similar experience with the Novii. Doesn't pick up FHR well at all & almost impossible to detect patters. It was supposed to be a New Great Thing because it could go in water but isn't used much at all.
