I'm not sure about the number of people interviewing but many of the programs I am applying to usually get 200-300 applicants(who meet the requirements) for around 50 spots. 20-25 % acceptance seems to be the norm right now. Good luck to all of us. March is right around the corner. Hoping for good news;) One question: Did you they tell you the next open term is January 2011?? I hope it's not May. But I keep hearing add 1 year + to the time you interview.
I actually looked at the interview schedule and there are 96 slots so not sure if this is the 1st round of interviews or all the interviews they will be doing for now. When I went to the informational meeting, they told us they interview the top 50 candidates first but this may have changed. My feeling is they may schedule more interviews in case they don't get 50 people who meet all their standards during the interview.
Hello again!
So the first round of interviews have started, I hope everyone is doing well. How did those that completed the interview think they did? No need to get into specifics as I know how people get about that!
Did they mention when they would let students know if they got in or not?
I'm excited to interview, I feel like I've been waiting a while to get to this day!

Hi there, anyone getting ready to interview in the next couple months for the Oakland University Accelerated nursing program? Thought this would be a good place in share experiences! Good luck!
Also, does anybody in the program already have any advice for the next couple agonizing months? Thanks in advance!
