Oakland Community College Nursing Program 2018

Hello everyone!

I am going to apply to the occ nursing progam and hope to get accepted for fall 2018 or winter 2019. Who else will be applying?

I'm honestly hoping for Fall too! (Early graduation). Though, at first I didn't want to because I don't want to take Pharm in the summer (accelerated), though we have the option to take it the first semester with two of our NUR courses. Either way I think those reasons will be my only downfall to Fall start. Because, if you're Winter start, students have the option to take pharm in the Fall for the full 15 weeks by itself before the program starts. [Pharm is a pre-req for admitted students]

So I casualy checked pharm classes for summer and they're all closed. Is it bc I'm not in a program yet or could it be full?

Hmm? I don't think registration started yet for priority students..or did it

It's closed because pharm is only for the nursing students. Pharm isn't going to be opened yet, because no one knows if they're accepted into the program. Plus once we are accepted or not, the pharm summer classes will only be opened for the students chosen for the fall semester.

Yea I hope they'll be sent out Thursday so we'll get them Friday or Saturday !! Does anyone know if they are sent from highland lakes or Southfield campus ??

I'm pretty sure the Highland Lakes Campus sends them out!

its almost that time, im sure they are going to wait till the 15th to send them out.

I think last year they got their letters after the 16th it sucks having to wait that long:(!!!!!
