NYU EXTERNAL BSN NURSING TRANSFER FALL 2021

Hi guys, I’m making this post for transfer applicants for the NYU Nursing program this fall 2021. I would appreciate if y’all can share your stats to get a sense of what NYU wants. Please if anyone transferred from another school to NYU nursing, please include your stats too. I go to Hunter College right now (freshman) and I need to transfer immediately. And this is for the traditional BSN program not Accelerated BSN. Thank you!! 

I applied for Stony Brook and Suffolk County Community College as well. Actually, I don't think my application for SBU ever went through because of some issues.

I have about 60 credits and I attend both SBU and SCCC right now. I have a 3.9 GPA at Suffolk & a 4.0 at SBU (Unfortunately I also have a 0.9 GPA from art school that I attended as a freshman for one semester. ☹️ I thought it was worth a shot since my grades have improved significantly since then).

Yes I also got waitlisted from Binghamton so I’m hoping that NYU accepts me.

Does nyu require transcripts to be sent on the common application for transfer or how did you do your transcripts? please help me asap

I sent my college transcripts directly from my school website to NYU They receive it in one day and I just mailed an official copy of my HS transcript.

Do you know if there’s any penalty if u send the transcripts after the application deadline? And for your college transcripts, your advisor sent them for u to NYU right?

No I called last week and they said all long as you send the application before the deadline then it’s okay to send your transcript right after but I wouldn’t wait until to long to send it. And no I did it myself

OMG I’m so sorry for asking so many questions, but u sent your transcripts to “NYU undergraduate admissions processing center” right? And how do you know nyu has received your hs transcripts? Thank you for responding quick!!

once you send in your application they will send you their login information where you can check the status of your application etc. but I got a email that it was recieved and when I got the login information I also seen that my transcripts were received.
