NYSED suddenly told me my CGFNS report aged out

I would like to ask if anyone knows whether CGFNS reports can age out. 

Here is my situation: I completed the CGFNS process first and then applied for Form 1. CGFNS issued the report to NYSED in June 2022, and NYSED confirmed that they received the report in July 2022. However, I applied for Form 1 in January 2023, but NYSED suddenly told me that the report had aged out and that I need to request an update from CGFNS. 

Has anyone had a similar experience? I don't understand why the report would age out even my report is not over 1 year. I was so surprised to hear the news from NYSED.

I am so frustrated to deal with NYSED?. Does anyone can give me some advice to tell me what should I do? Thank you very much.

Hello,

I am also in same boat. I got response from NYSED that CGFNS aged out, we need to contact Cgfns and have them send CGFNS.

 

not sure how to deal with this situation. I contacted Cgfns through website contact us link and informed them about it.

let me know if you hear anything
