    I would like to ask if anyone knows whether CGFNS reports can age out. Here is my situation: I completed the CGFNS process first and then applied for Form 1. CGFNS issued the report to NYSED in June 2022, and NYSED confirmed that they received the report in July 2022. However, I applied for Form 1 in January 2023, but NYSED suddenly told me that the report had aged out and that I need to request an update from CGFNS. Has anyone had a similar experience? I don't understand why the report would age out even my report is not over 1 year. I was so surprised to hear the news from NYSED. I am so frustrated to deal with NYSED?. Does anyone can give me some advice to tell me what should I do? Thank you very much.
