Thanks! I'm an international nurse from France and I paid both of them that's why they send me my NCLEX-RN approval. They said "If you do not automatically receive your ATT in your email within 48 hours after you register with Pearsonvue;" I used the contact us form twice and nothing. I try to called them but no answers.
I am in Pennsylvania and have been waiting about 2 months for my ATT. I have sent multiple emails with no responses to any of them. I was able to finally get an answer on the phone last Monday and she said they have all my stuff and I should have my ATT in my email within the next couple days-- Its been over a week and still nothing here either. I figure if I don't have it by Friday, maybe I will call again and get an update... but I'm afraid if I bother them they will push my stuff to the back of the list hahaha! I hope you can get an answer soon!!

I really need some help please. At the beginning of April I received my approval to do the NCLEX RN. After that I followed the instuctions and paid fees on PearsonVue. Now, I didn't received my ATT and waiting more than 5 weeks. I tried to.use the form to contact them but no answers. I asked to Pearson and they said they didn't have the electronic confirmation. I called and no one answers.
Can I have some tips to help me,please
