NYP or Mount Sinai??

Hey guys,

I'm going to be done my BSN this summer and plan to apply in both NYP and Mount Sinai health systems. Has anyone ever worked for both? Which is better for nurses? Which one should I go for if I apply to both and happen to get offers for both? I know Mount Sinai is with NYSNA, but what about NYP? Which health system takes care of their nurses better?

NY presbyterian cornell is not union but NY presbyterian Columbia (washington heights) is union (nysna i think). Overall, i think the benefits are pretty comparable between non-union and union. good luck!
