Far as CUNY goes your options are basically nil. No matter where you apply as an undergraduate your transcript will follow and thus reveal previous courses including those failed.

If you failed the big ones (sciences such as A&P and or micro), options are going to be limited to nil for being accepted into any other undergraduate nursing program.

You can try looking at private schools such as St. Paul's: https://www.stpaulsschoolofnursing.edu/admissions.html

Am telling you however up front, if it was any of the science courses you failed, they aren't going away. To become an RN you'll need to take and pass A&P, Microbiology or bacteriology and perhaps bit of Chemistry.

Having failed science courses already (if that indeed is the situation), just getting back into the saddle won't necessarily solve your problem. Unless you understand why and how you failed these classes and if it is within yourself to achieve passing grades, the just getting back into another nursing program is a waste of time IMHO. Most schools now want minimum of 2.5 GPA for sciences and hospitals have a "preferred" new grad candidate who has 3.0 GPA across board in sciences.

Other options?

As said you can try becoming LPN then doing a bridge RN program. You'll face those science courses again sooner or later, however.

Depending upon what is going on in your life there is always getting a four-year degree, then trying for an accelerated BSN program.
