Hi all!
I’m interested in WHNP/CNM dual programs and found one that I am really interested in. I currently don’t live in NY but there’s a chance I would move there after I’m admitted/start the program. It’s my understanding that most online and hybrid programs don’t accept students from NY (separately, does anyone know why?), including this one so I’m wondering if I did have to move to NY after starting the program would I be dis-enrolled or something else? Apologies for the very specific question but if anyone has experience in this, I would really appreciate hearing it. I don’t want to postpone applying and starting the program since my move is still uncertain but of course don’t want to get in or start the program and have it all be for nothing. Thank you!

I believe your best bet would be to contact the school you're interested in attending and ask them this question. That would be the simplest way to get an answer to your question, in my opinion. Different schools may have different policies and procedures. Best to be direct and go to the source.
