NVC does not know whats happening!

Just checked my case with NVC and they(call center) told me that they (NVC) have not sent my papers for CP since my pd is aug 2004 and they are processing june 2002! I asked about the newly released visa bulletin for scheduled A workers, she said that she do not know that as far as she knows, my case is being processed under E3! what the H___! Is this is what's really happening or that agent do not know anything? does someone know what's happening?

Am starting this thread to track cases that has been sent from NVC - CP - interview schedule to know the developments of the processing as a result of the ammended june visa bulletin.

Your experienceand input is very much welcome

Saw some E3s whose priority dates where after June 2002 whose papers where sent by NVC to US embassy, Manila. The latest was an E3, schedule A case whose priority date is October 2003 and one January 2004.

Anyone here whose scheduled for a consular interview? or at least NVC sent their files for CP?

I wonder where did you get the information /source that priority dates ( SCHEDULE A CASE) for Oct 2003 and Jan 2004 already sent to US embassy , Manila ?

I got info on the movements (faster) of other consulates (Riyadh, Dublin, etc) and they started scheduling schedule A applicants for CPs. One of them is a filipino working in riyadh whose PD is Nov 2003 and according to NVC, he's case was sent to US embassy, Manila last June 10, 2005. When he checked one week earlier, he got the same response that he should wait for her PD to be current since EB3 are retrogressed. BUt, miracle happens, after the release of July VB, he called NVC again and HOOLLAHHH!!! his case was sent already! Indeed, NVC works in mysterious ways!

This is a similar info that I got that agencies started receiving "numerous" confirmation of Packet 4 being sent to their candidates.... I guess this is a start of more exciting days to come! This is the D day for all nurses!

Also, AILA confirmed that majority of cases under EX, schedule A are nurses, not so much of other categories!

But not a single Chinese nurse get his/her Packet 4 until now!

Im sorry to hear that, but your time will come! Just recently, London consulates also are scheduling interview dates! Will update you if I got news from consulates in China.

I think interview schedules are updated middle of each month for the following 2 months. Today is 15th, let's check schedule tom if they have an updated list. Good luck!
