NursingCAS time for transcripts to be verified

I submitted my application to NJCU last week. I send the transcripts a month ago, but for they haven't been verified. The deadline is Feb 1, this Thursday, but NJCU says they give one week after the deadline for verification. Is this enough time for the transcripts to verified or am I SOL?

Why doesn't NJCU or NursingCAS notify you beforehand that it takes time to verify the transcripts and only starts when you submit the application? I got an email after submitting via NursingCAS that it can take a full month for every thing to be verified - that is laughable, it should notify you when you sign up not after submitting.

Any insight would be great thanks.

I do remember it taking a while for NursingCAS to verify all my transcripts. However, that was two years ago so I cant say exactly how long it took. I do remember that the times I had to call NursingCAS they were very friendly and helpful, you may be able to call and see where your transcripts are in the process.

Thank you, I will call them.

I've been waiting for 3 weeks just for them to be put in by the service I paid for to enter my coursework for me. Do that part yourself. Not having a good experience with Nursing CAS
