NURSING WORK IN USA - CRISIS TIME, believe me!

I read threads here than make me really unhappy, people here have very good intentions.

The anxiety to not have what you wish badly make some people to act wild.

MONEY are the word! But today is CRISIS!

If you don’t believe no one, believe me, I travel in few countries, I came here, I worked and work here…YES now is a wild life in US for nurses.

Everything start and finish with money and NOW money are not anymore what was before.

US are awesome, people are awesome, if is a balanced economic life. Now is not!

You are on your own!

You can’t blame no one, was happened!

All values from before was changed. Think twice before to think to come here

You are a foreign nurse and always you will be:

Cultural differences are huge and on wild time will be used like weapons against you (is about who will survive first)
Nursing experience is different, nursing approach is different , school different this will be a weapon always against you\
Language always a minus for you even if your born country is a English country (I heard a big nasty discussion about English accent “some time” hard to be understand for people from UK or Aussie ones
Is not about help you on this time is about help ME and my family to survive, Americans will act like that and believe me “No Mercy” is a perfect word to describe that! I heard very rough comment from nurses related to foreign nurses new hired. Straight to face!
On extremists parts you will hear “America is for Americans” and questions related with “when your contract will be finished?” or “when you will go back in your country?” or “you not need retirement because you will go back from here” are usual.
Few will tell you straight on the face but you will fell it from many of them
You will be alone, even if you will be in your limited community
You could think about you that you are smart, wonderful, and full of qualities, YOU WILL TOOK A JOB FROM ONE AMERICAN and NOW is not admitted!
College politics, hiring politics, call off politics, immigration politics, EVERYTHING, is NOW in a situational crisis.
USA is a good society and protects HER citizens YOU ARE NOT!
If I tell you that I am scarred for my job contract now you will believe me, if you didn’t want to believe Suzanne?

Suzanne is a good girl, I don’t know her personally, she helped a lot of people with thousand of advices. NOW is the time to protect you to don’t destroy your self your dreams! Don’t loose your money, and time and dreams. IS CRISIS in USA.

And if you find a good place where they need more than one nurse, wherever in world will be, please tell to Zuzi also, because…who knows tomorrow my work contract will be finished and I need to go out from here, before to start to act wild, like people start to act here on crisis time.
