Nursing Visa --need help please

hello, I have a question regarding a Nursing Visa From India , can you tell me how does the process work, Do i need to find a employer or hospital, to sponsor me or can I get the visa as nursing visa, which forms do i need please any information would be a great help.

i m international student of nursing in maryland,my covert my visa F2 to F1 ,so i didn't need toefl at that time ,do i need TOEFL exam befor my NCLEX?
