Nursing uniforms around the world?

I'm a researcher studying nursing units around the world, to help improve equipment. I try not to stand out, so I usually wear scrubs in the US.

Can anyone tell me what nurses usually wear in the UK, France, Germany, Japan, and Turkey? Thanks!

Uk wear uniforms supplied by the hospital and will vary from slacks and tunics to skirts and tunics. Scrubs generally worn in theatres/OR and sometimes A&E/ER and again provided by the hospital

Thanks for the help! I probably can't get access to hospital-specific uniforms, unfortunately. Do you think I'll look out of place in nursing units if I wear navy or light blue scrubs? I don't want to look like I've just come out of a theatre/OR.
