I'm a high school student in California and I want to know the chances of me getting into pre-nursing at UCLA, UC Irvine, CSULA, CSULB, and any other good public pre-nursing programs.

My SAT score is between 1900 and 2050. AP classes I took were World History AP, Chinese AP, Calculus AB AP, US History AP, AP Literature. Next year in senior year, I'll take AP Biology, AP Government/Economy, AP Statistics, and AP Language. I got straight A's with 1 or 2 B's in freshman and sophmore year. But in junior year right now, I'm doing really badly. Last semester, I had B,A,A,B,D,C. This semester, I have C,A,A,C,D,B. It might change though. My extracurriculars include Choir, volunteering for Key Club, Marching Band, dancing, Kung Fu, and a bunch of random stuff but I don't think they count. Also, I'm Asian so that probably lessens my chance of getting into college because I'm not as good as what the Asian expectation expects me to be.

Anyways, I was just wondering the statistics of people who got accepted into UCLA, UC Irvine, CSULA, CSULB, and other public California pre-nursing programs. My mom really wants me to go to a UC but I don't think I can because the acceptance rate for nursing is less than 10%, I have bad grades, and there are only 2 UC's with nursing. Do you think I can make it into a UC? I live in San Jose so do you think I should go to SJSU? My mom thinks it isn't very good. What are the best California public nursing programs? Does it even matter what college I go to? Doesn't it only matter if I pass the NCLEX or not? My mom says I will be an Asian disgrace if I don't get into a UC. Thank you for your time.
