Looking for info on where to take CNA classes.

Specializes in LTAC, Homehealth, Hospice Case Manager.
thank you so much guys! we are officially going to be moved to Middleburg by the end of the week. We are in Arkansas now packing. My husband hopes to be able to come back and get his cna license and get a job pretty quick. He then hopes to get into the lpn program. Any idea how much cna classes will cost? You guys are a huge help!!!! THANK YOU!!!

I'm about to finish the RN program at SJRCC's Orange Park campus (not a bad drive from Middleburg)...the same instructors teach the CNA program, I've liked them all, you can check it out at www.sjrcc.edu. SJRCC doesn't offer a LPN program at this time, but FCCJ does at their North campus, not sure about the other local colleges. There's also tech schools in Palatka & St. Augustine that offer LPN, but I'm not sure of the names. I really can't help you with info on cost, but I do know your husband can get tuition assistance for all the schools here. As for getting a job, I don't think that would be much of a problem. Good luck to you! :)
