# Need Assistance With Math Question!

1. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.
Here is the question.

Pitocin is ordered at 40 units to me mixed in 100ml of D5W as a piggyback utilizing a volumetric pump.
To be started at 6 milliunits/min.
Increase by 2 milliunits/min until contractions are 2-3 minutes apart.
Determine the concentration factor of the solution.
Determine the Initial infusion rate in ml/hr.
Determine the titration rate in ml/hr.

Can someone break this solution down for me, thank you so much!!!

First you need to determine the units/ml. That will be your concentration factor.
