Help! Transferred to an unaccredited RN program

Hello, I recently transferred from a community college that has an accredited RN program to a college with an unaccredited RN program. My generals were taking forever and I felt as if I was getting no where. There was also a very long waiting list for even being considered for the program. My stupid self decided to transfer over to a college that puts you right into the program. I knew the program wasn't accredited but it didn't seem like a big deal at the time.yesterday someone brought this to my attention and I started doing my research and realized I just made a huge mistake! I just finished my first quarter. I don't know what to do. Im 21 years old and I want to be successful and have great nursing Career! I'm really desperate for advice.

Remove yourself from the program if that is what you feel you should do and take up where you left off with other available programs.

There is no end of misery assocaited with unaccredited schools. I agree, cut your losses, go back and wait for a legit opportunity.

Pick two of the three and the third is what you sacrifice.

Unaccredited schools are a scam in my opinion. You were duped but, unless you've signed some sort of contract binding you to the duration of the program, you have the option to cut your losses which, as stated by my predecessors in this thread, you should do posthaste.

There are no short-cuts to a nursing license of which I'm aware.

I understand the desire to get on with the productive years of your life but - from the perspective of a 53yo person - you're still very young and have much time to have a fantastic nursing career.
