We are actively advertising for OR nurses and dont seem to make contact with any out there. Do you all have the same trouble? We have good benefits and pay, so dont think thats the issue. Anyone interested? great mountain small town...........argh.

How is your hospital's human resource department. I have seen huge advertisements for nursing jobs with incentives, great benefits...blabla bla.. ( in my area)... yet, the Human Resource Departments (in 3 hospitals) never answers the phone, message only and no call back for resumes and applications for one week. Do they really want to hire?? That has been my question.
Thats a good question. I will have to look into this as i dont want to go on like this into our ski season......thanks,

Hey, if you use travelers, will you p.m. me? I scrub and circulate--can't take a 13 week assignment, however, due to having my own business to run--also don't particularly want to take call--but I can (take call) if it's required--I will be glad to send you my resume--

Nellie, as I sit overlooking a busy London street, listening to the car horns and hoping my car isent towed away (again), Colorado sounds sooooooooooooo fantastic, can I come and work for you?

We are always looking for help too, hope this is not just a colorado thing. I also work in colorado.
Well, if anybody is willing to consider hiring me as a traveler or a per diem who can travel out there and work occasionally (scheduled) I wouldn't mind doing some work in Colorado, especially during ski season.

does your hospital offer training, or only looking for experienced or nurses? i'd like to work or but, never having done it, would need training. could be a reason for others as well.
