I am a LPN, but want to go back to school, I will have to take the online route due to my pregnancy and moving out of state, I wanted to know, which school are the best that can be transferred, just in case I want to transfer to an on campus school instead of staying online.

You can't do a bridge program exclusively online. The state boards of nursing require X amount of clinical hours, even from LPN-RN.

That said, you can do a program such as Excelsior, where you do all the work online and then go in for a clinical check off at the end.

Your other option is to find a hybrid program wherever it is you are moving to. That's what I did. You do your coursework online, and go into the school for exams, check offs, and clinicals at the hospitals.

Excelsior seems like a good option due to your pregnancy. That way, you can be at home working on your nursing theory work. By the time you are ready for the CPNE, you would have already delivered.

I do not believe any nursing courses transfer, from any program, but I could be wrong.

What you are going to find is that there are no schools that are going to be 100% online. You will need to complete clinicals. There may be some hybrid programs where the classroom portion can be completed online, but clinicals simply can't be. You will also find that, unless the schools are within the same system, credits for nursing courses will not transfer. While state BONs set the requirement for what must be covered in nursing school, the schools can cover it in any order/arrangement they choose. It would be impossible to ensure that a student has met all requirements to graduate if classes were from multiple different schools.
