Nursing schools in Kansas City

Published

I am about to graduate with my associates in medical assisting/xray Tech. I am wanting to find a nursing program to start in January, but I'm unsure which schools would be best for me. I'm wanting one that I could possibly continue further later down the line. If you could post pros and cons of your experiences I would appreciate it.

Thank you.

Have you visited the website of the state BON? There you should be able to see a list of approved schools. You can also check accreditation with CCNE or ACEN. One thing to look at is first time NCLEX pass rate- if a school has a low score, they are not adequately preparing the students.

I'm not sure what website that is. I'll Google that and look though.
