Nursing Schools in China

I am an LPN in Orlando. I would like to find a BSN program in China that is taught in English. I would very much like to get my degree and learn Chinese at the same time. Does anyone know a nursing program in China that is taught in English?

We have had a couple of Chinese nurses post here in this forum so hopefully someone will be along to pass information.

You may find it easier to complete your BSN in the US so may be worth something to think about

Thanks, Silverdragon. I agree a BSN in the US may be easier. However, my husband is ESL certified and wishes to teach in China while I am in school. We also have a 3 year old son that we would like to be fluent in Chinese. That is why we are interested in a Chinese school that offers a program in English.

Try googling a search for nusing schools in China that is taught in English.

Of course that is the first thing I tried. I found schools in Hong Kong and Taiwan but cannot seem to find one in Mainland China. So far I have not had any response from someone who is familiar with such a school, so I am beginning to think it does not exist.

If you can find a BRN in China maybe they can assist you. I have no idea how many BRNs they have. If it's just one for the whole nation or if they have single ones per Province (state).

Not sure if you will still see this reply as the post is old. I am moving to Dalian China and they have a teaching hospital. From what I have gathered they do accept some number of foreign students each year. It is called Dalian Medical University. Good luck!
