Hi,Do all schools (BSN or RN programs) require a 75 (C+)to pass the class. I heard some schools allow one failing grade and then if a person gets another grade below a 75, then they are kicked out. Is this true. Or do some schools accept a C as passing? What would be a starting salary for a new BSN graduate in the NJ/NYC area? Also, what about per diem?
Thanks!:redbeathe:heartbeat
Passing requirements vary widely by school. My school required a 74 to pass, and passing of both lecture and clinical components to pass a course. We were only allowed one repeat of a clinical course before being kicked out of the program. Check with the nursing department of the school you are interested in.
You might find more information about starting salaries in your area by checking out the Regions forum.
What do you want to know about per diem? I feel the question is a little too broad to answer without more information about what you want to know.
Hope this helps.
