nursing school graduation speech...help please!

Does anyone out there have any good advice for creating a memorable, unique speech for a nursing completion ceremony? My class has voted for me as the class representative to give a speech at the ceremony. I havn't a clue of where to start! Once I have some direction it usually flows freely out of me. I just have never had this opportunity or honor before and I want to make it great. If anyone has any advice, it would be incredibly appreciated!
