So, I graduated nursing school a 3 years ago (RN program). Took the nclex twice and failed. Any advice for a career or job I can apply for without needing the RN license but have the nursing school background as an advantage.

Why do you not try again for your NCLEX there are many who take it multiple times? What kind of program was it? If it was a BSN you can look into drug rep or product rep for different medical companies. Have you considered being an LPN? or a MA in a MD's office. I would also think medical transcription for you have a knowledge base in medical terminology.
I wish you the best.
