Nursing Program at Hunter College NLN Score

U.S.A. New York

Published

hey everyone! I'm currently a student at hunter college and am applying for the nursing program for Fall 2010. I am taking the NLN tomorrow and am very nervous! I know the test is computer based and you can get your score as soon as your finished taking the test. I know there have been NLN exams going on since Monday. I was wondering if people wanted to share their scores (totally anonymous) just so we can get idea of what the high-low scores are. I hope everyone did well and I hope to see you in the program this fall!:nurse:

allaboutme23 that you so much for this information! i left to get the uniforms as soon as they said section 1 could go so i totally missed this crucial info! I wish we were able to purchase the books we need for the fall so we could start studying! getting them in august will be so late lol! so much to do before August 1st good luck everyone!

No Problem. I just spoke to someone who told me that they will send an email sometime next week with this information. They are on top of it for a change!!! This makes me VERY happy.

There is a lot to do but when you break it down it becomes manageable. I guess we are learning early about time management. Haha

See you all soon.

Please post any useful information that you find...I will be checking regularly.

friendly terms of service reminder

a few posts have been edited to comply with the terms of service. per the terms of service of this site, please do not post names, initials, or contact information of professors or other school officials on the public board. it is better to communicate this type of information via the private message system.

as stated in the terms of service:

while it is important to be able to network, everyone should be mindful of the following:

  1. it is a small world - when we narrow it down to a state and throw in some personal info, there is actually a pretty good chance someone may recognize you if you are not careful. your privacy is paramount to us.
  2. while allnurses.com is a wonderful place to vent (without excess personally identifiable details) it is not the place to express why ("x" specific person, place or program) is terrible. gripe away, but since we cannot permit allegations to be made about named entities, your care in not naming them is very much appreciated.
  3. please do not give out personal information about others. do not name names where anyone could identify the person in any facility including your nursing programs.

the best to all of you! thank you for your cooperation.

To join NSNA:

NSNA

For NSO just fill out the packet they gave us for .

Thanks! Our program type is diploma right?

did everyone register ? =)

of course!!! 24 hours/week for only 14 credits...this is crazy!! I cant wait though. All I need to do is the CPR course. I am getting a physical with bloodwork next week. :yeah: Almost there....

OH and I joined NSO via their website Professional Liability Insurance for nurses, nursing medical malpractice. it was only 22$. Its too early to join because the coverage starts within 60 days of membership. so my coverage begins on August 6, even though clinicals will start in September. For those of you that havent joined yet, I suggest you wait until mid July

Hi all, your posts have been very helpful!

For some reason I'm stuck on registering for classes.. I don't see a registration date on my e-sims. Has everyone registered already? Also for N310, do we register for the code right next to our section # in the packet they gave us? I'd appreciate any feedback anyone can give :) thank you!

Hi needcoffee! Ok so registration should be open for everyone now. All you have to do is go to esims and go to register fall 2010 just like you did everytime you registered for classes. As far as the classes go yes go to the packet they gave us and register for the code they wrote depending on the class. Pharmacology is the only class we all have the same code. Good luck and let us know if you have any trouble!
