Miami Dade is a community that doesn't have a BSN program the last time I checked. However they may offer a BSN program in partnership with a four year university. Unless you're confused with University of Miami or Miami University in Ohio. I will check with my niece who attends Miami Dade at the moment.
they do have a bachelors for nursing program but one must first have an As in nursing inorder to do that program so i was wondering if there are any prerequisites that can be done since i don't have my As in nursing that will qualify me to do the bachelor program

No.If it is an ADN-RN program you would need your ADN first.

Sounds like you're talking about a BSN completion program. In that case, you would need to already be a licensed RN to qualify for the program. There aren't any "prerequisites" that would substitute for that.
i understand so would the best thing be applying for my associates in the nursing program to become a registered nurse and from completing my AS then apply for the bachelors program
That would be one possibility. Another possibility would be to find a "pre-licensure" BSN program (for non-nurses) that provides basic nursing education and prepares you for licensure.
do you know whether or not miami dade has that program in place,if not do you know where i can sign up for it?cause i am planning to attend miami dade in januuary and if i can get all these things in place before that time it would be great.especially if i can start that program way before january to allow me to be eligible for the bachelors program.
