I got a conditional acceptance letter from SFSU yesterday because I need to finish my micro class which is one class that I have left. However I couldn't be able to register to that class since it was full. I have tried other junior colleges but I still couldn't get in one! This was crazy, I know. Do you guys think the school will let me take that class in the summer prior to the fall semester? I hope they will....

Not to be rude but wouldn't it be easier to just ask the school?
I know I will ask them tomorrow, but I'm just worried and just to know if anyone has experienced this situation before...

Talk to any prof who is teaching a summer micro class. Maybe one of them will budge. You have to talk to the Department Chair too. Make sure you get all the necessary signatures and make a copy for yourself. The minute you get all the signatures, register for the class on that DAY.
It's very weird that the school would give you a conditional acceptance letter like that, without having some kind of a pre-req arrangement.
Be like a a hawk and check online registration every 30 minutes/hour or so (if you can), if there are ANY drops for a micro. class during the FIRST week when class starts. Someone is BOUND to drop their class that week! If ya see an opening, GRAB it. Do adjustments later.
You'll get it, if ya really want it. :)

Check with the school first and if that fails try Rio Salado College. It is online and they offer micro year round.

Tip - find out when your regular college fees have to be paid. For example, at my college, fees for classes currently enrolled in had to be paid within 14 days. If not paid, you will be dropped on that 14th day. Many of my friends got into classes when they logged onto college web site first thing in the am on that 14th day and got a spot! Obviously there might be very few spots, but there always seemed to be a few. Also, be sure to check college web site daily, people drop all the time before class starts and during that first week. Sometimes you can get a spot that way. Something to try. BTW rio salado rocks. I took Stats through them. Good luck
