You may want to go onto EC's website, login to your account, and act as if you are going to register for an exam, to see if the concepts exams are blocked out. If they are you need to call them ASAP, and speak to someone in the records dept, to make sure that your academic policy date is 9/30, if not they need to review your file and change it, b/c as long as they got your form (fax, mail, or online), by 11:59 pm EST, 10/1/2007 you should be enrolled under the old requirements.

They've been having some problems with this.;)

Yeah Eric, I think it was b/c of all of the confusion. Last year before I enrolled, they were saying to be in by 10/1/07, and out by 9/30/09, and then more things started to say that all students, starting on 10/1/07 or later. So I think that, in combo with the fact that 9/30 was a Sunday, made them give the extra 24 hours.
