Nursing License Texas

Good Day , I have applied for Endorsement for my Texas Nursing license since January 2024, my CES report sent in April 2024  electronic mail. I have not been given a definite reason why my license has not been issued. I have emailed with no response and when I call they keep sending in requests to look into the issue . I can't work because of this . Any has this experience?

I received my temp license within a few days of applying, and my permanent license in less than a month. 
 

I assume you completed the nursing jurisprudence test online and submitted fingerprints? When you go to the BON website, what does it say about your file? Nothing outstanding that you need to do?

I had done the jurisprudence exam and submitted everything they have requested of me . 

My file still saying it's awaiting Verification Records which was electronically submitted by the CGFNS April 15 2024
