Hopefully this is the right forum - but anyway, I recently finished 'the major' care plan paper (dubbed 'the big one') for this semester's clinical. The last remaining piece is that we're required to include a nursing journal article with this paper - we're not required to write a summary of it or anything like that. Just need the article. But when I look on line, there are a number of nursing journal articles that are 'partially' available, but requires paying for a subscription to get the entire article. In particular, I'm looking for an article for Primary Progressive MS (PPMS) - I did find a good article from the Cleveland Clinic website...and I read something to the effect that their articles are nursing journal articles..but I'm not totally convinced.
So I guess my question is three fold - are there 'free' nursing articles available that are complete or should I just bite the bullet and pay the money? Also, is there a way to confirm whether 'my' Cleveland Clinic article is considered a nursing journal article (should it fit the bill?)?

The library at your school or the library at the hospital where you do clinical will have copies of the journals or access to them online. You can also try Google Scholar.
Thanks a lot - I was able to access full content articles at my local public library:)
