Hi guys, I have just registered to this great site!

Does anyone have experience to moving to South Africa and getting a job there as a registered nurse? I need information as much as possible and would be so grateful of any help! At the moment Im volunteering in Tanzania for home-based care HIV patients.

1. How long does it take to get your SANC registration once you have applied and can you apply online before you get there?

2. What is the pay roughly for a full time RN in a hospital setting in Cape Town?

3. Does anyone have any experience working Government hospitals in Cape Town or private ones?

4. Does anyone know any good recruitemnt agencies?

5. Does anyone have personal experience moving from UK nursing to S-A?
