Nursing Jobs Abroad

hello everyone. just graduated from my bsn october 2014 i still haven't landed a genuine hospital job. i also tried applying online for nursing jobs abroad but most of them need nurses with at least i-2 years experience. does anyone know of a website or agency where a nurse with no experience can apply? thanks very much in advance for your help.

No. No agency will even touch with no experience. Sorry. To work with an agency you need at minimum 1-2 years experience because you need to be competent in your skill set. You will not get trained wherever they send you but just a short (1-2 day) orientation of the floor & how it runs.

Occupational Health is niche and most agencies or employers are going to want several years of experience first.

Working abroad is romantic in theory but not realistic especially for a new nurse.

Even if you find an agency to take you, you may well have to fulfil experience requirements of the destination country. When I moved to the UK, I was required to prove at least a year's experience just to get licensed.
