nursing job needed

I know that I can file a lawsuit on this neighbor who has repeatly damaged my character out of being a wicked person . I have though about this a lots. But I still needs a job to even hire a lawyer.

I'm very sorry to hear about the problems you're having finding work, and dealing with this neighbor. But I have a question. How does she find out where you're working? I believe you can request in writing, the reason for your release. Also I would write other former employers to find out exactly what is being said about you, when references are checked. Do you have professional references, that are favorable to you? If so, I would give these references when I'm applying for a position. I would also, when I'm in an interview with a prospective employer, inform them in advance about this person. I still am curious as to how she knows your business. I would also take her to small claims court, and sue her for slander to the max allowable by the court. This doesn't require an attorney, but you must be able to prove your case, with documentation of what she has been doing. So I would first find out, if this was indeed why you were let go.

I believe that a person who works for the Texas Workfoce Commission in Houston Texas field office was providing her with this information.
I reported an individual for attempting to prevent me from getting my unemployment when I was not fired due to misconduct. Every job was release for unknown reason to me. That is why this is so strange when I am performing my work excellent and be praised prior to my discharge from the job. I was thinking it was my age due to turning 50 years old.
But I found out from the last job that she has beenn lying telling people on the job I have a mental problem. I really don't know how this person is finding out about the varies nursing jobs I be working on. I know that I will file suit against her for slander and causing me to lose an income. This woman is beening very evil. This is all out of jealous. She is a sickly individual because the man she recent married is about 10 years younger than her.I am really puzzle why she attacking me for almost 2 years.

This is unawful! If what you feel is true about the Texas Workforce Commission, you could also have a claim against them, if their employee used her position to cause you harm. I have found a website, that gives free advice from personal injury attorneys online. There are limitations on when you must file suit, so you will need to get busy on getting your case together. If you're unemployed, you may also be able to consult legal aid.
