Hello, I need help to find out why I am not able to get a nursing job? I been a nurse since 1988. My skills is average. I was having a problem with a neighbor telling people I have a mental problem but this is not true. I have never been treated for any mental illness. This was only to damage my reputation. This person since 1998 has repeatly called my jobs and they would release me for no reason always before my 90 days probation period would almost end. I needs to know if some one has placed me in a data bank to prevent me from working due to I am not able to be hired in a nursing home. This is how bad I am not able to find employment. I would appreciate any form of help I can receive. I am a 50 year old black unemployed nurse. Thank you, lindadj I know that I can file a lawsuit on this neighbor who has repeatly damaged my character out of being a wicked person . I have though about this a lots. But I still needs a job to even hire a lawyer.
