nursing interviews, can you accept a job and later decline it?

Hi everyone

I am due to qualify in 6 weeks and have got my first interview today within the medical division. Just wanted to ask, in the highest unlikely scenario I get offered a position, am I allowed to turn it down later (as i awaiting other interviews)??I work in the UK

Why couldn't you? Just don't sign a contract.
