What is the one thing you want me to remember about you?

Nurses Job Hunt

We're interviewing over 50 people for these 6 spots. What is the one thing you want me to remember about you?

I am currently prepping for a potential interview and I have come across this question and I am not sure if the interviewer would be looking for an answer related to my passion for the position or just something unique about me as a person?

Forget the 'passion' and 'calling' silliness...just emphasize that you are reliable attendance-wise.

I agree with ponymom. Don't stress "passion" or "calling." Neither one is proof that you'll be a good co-worker. Choose to say something about yourself that is true, is consistent with the other things you have said (or will say) in the rest of the interview, and that indicates that you will be a "good hire." Hard worker, dependable, reliable, able to work well with others, learns quickly, tolerant of less-than-ideal schedules and/or working conditions, looking for a job to stay in for several years, etc. In other words, prepared to succeed and stay in the job for a long while.

Good luck!
