Nursing Internship vs Experience

Ok so I had finally decided I was going to wait until summer to move but a recruiter called me offering a sign on bonus if I was to move in January/February to work for them. When I told them that I wanted ER and only had a few months of experience as an ER nurse they said I could do their nursing internship program. My question is would it be better for me to do the nursing internship with them (Florida Hospital) where I can be in a bigger ER than where I work now or do I continue working till this summer then move and see what happens?

Florida Hospital seems like it would be the best opportunity as I'm assuming the internships provide more extensive training to help, but at the same time I could possibly get some of that training just by staying put till this summer. I always appreciate the advice I receive on this site.

I would jump at that chance! It is probably because I am not aware of anyone offering sign-on bonuses in my area, let alone an internship in the field of my choice! Sounds awesome.

Jump on that Internship train and don't look back.

I am leaning more towards the internship as I think it would better help me, but I am not familiar with them so I am not sure if I would just be precepted and it be called an internship. Is there a reason for me to do the internship?
