Anyone out there a nursing home inspector? Are you employed through the state? What are your qualifications? Pay rate? Any info helpful. Thanks!

I believe what the OP is referring to are the people--usually nurses-- who work for their state's department of health, that go to nursing homes and do the state surveys.

As far as money, I do not know what they make, but usually, if you work for the state, the benefits are real good.
