Nursing in Greenland

I have read about the nursing shortage in Greenland and am wondering if anyone has any experience or information about nursing in Greenland. I am a new grad and will have a USA Nursing License and no experience. I am curious about licensure in Greenland, red tape, salary, and experience.

Isn't Greenland administered by Denmark? I guess I should have googled.

But are you proficient in the local dialect or Danish? Can you read and write in either?
