Nursing Grand Rounds-- topics?

We are trying to have NGR at least every quarter if not more often. Topics so far have included:

• two on cultural sensitivity (a staff request due to culture clashes between patients and staff),
  
• Codes and RRT case studies,
  
• Recognizing and addressing Sepsis,
  
• and med errors-- a case study [this was a trifecta of errors on 1 patient in the ICU].
  

What have you seen or what would you like to see in your in-services/ Grand rounds?
