My friend & I have been recently looking into moving from Montreal to UK, Switzerland or France to work as nurses. We found various agencies willing to help us move forward for UK yet it is hard to find agencies for Switzerland/France do you guys have any suggestions? Is anyone able to give us any insight on what the work ethic is over there (i.e. Nurse's role, autonomy etc)? English is our Mother tongue & we also speak french, yet our french written skills are lacking, would this be a problem for Switzerland? Are we able to chart in english working there? We are just looking for info, if anyone can help us out that would be great!
Thanks!!

I think before you start thinking about how things work as a nurse you need to consider meeting the country's requirements as well as thinking about work/immigration requirements.
I am surprised at the UK with agencies because things are very bleak in the UK with many people including nurses losing jobs and struggling to find work due to the recession and many NHS Trusts in the red
