Nursing diagnosis

Hi guys. I need help with Nursing diagnosis. What all possible Nursing diagnosis can be done. I am a first year student.

My client is 70year old man having severe chest pain radiating to left arm. He had hip replacement surgery six weeks ago but still has pain. He has hypertension. His weight is 124kg. He is admitted in cardiac care unit.

What have you got so far? Any things in particular that you would be concerned about for this patient?

Severe chest pain radiating to left arm !!! What do you immediately think might be causing this? Especially when paired with his weight and history of HTN

I can think of several just by looking at your info. Do you have a good nursing dx book? The new Nanda 2015-2017 is out and I highly recommend it!! It will be a life and time saver!!
