Nursing Diagnosis r/t cannot stick to medications schedule??????

Have a care map/plan assignment and cannot find a NANDA diagnosis for an elderly patient with difficulties remembering to take her medications, either in the diagnosis or as a related factor/defining characteristic. Any ideas?:uhoh21: PLEASE?!
