For y'all dealing with ncas, how long did it take for your gpa to be evaluated? This is making me realllll antsy!!! I submitted my applications earlier last week.

I just noticed that under the "quick status" when I click my GPA calculations it says "There is no information to display." Under "transcripts" it shows that they got my transcript on the 10th. I went ahead and paid to have my transcript sent over. This way if anything happens, it was their fault, not my own. I also called over there to ask about it and all I got was a message saying, "We are busy, call back."
Yess! That is what I'm waiting on apparently it can take 5 weeks for them to calculate the GPA, which is nervewracking because the deadline for uthscsa is feb 1st. So yeah hopefully they get it done soonn so I don't have to worry anymore.
Regarding what your saying have you submitted your app and payed fees and everything?? Only then they can evaluate your gpa.
Yes, I went ahead and submitted my application and payed the $45 fee. This way if CAS drags their feet, I can have proof that I sent my application and paid the fee two weeks before the due date. I have finished everything I need to do on my part, it is now all in CAS's hands. Even after submitting my application; it is still showing nothing in the GPA page under "quick status." Your transcript that you send over has your GPA's listed, so I don't know why it would take them so long to figure it out?
Samee here, paid the fee and everything! They have to check our courses we entered in the application we submitted and then hand calculate it I believe. I'm going to call them to see if they can specifically say how long it will take for me. NCAS is really overcomplexing things I wished this process would run more smoothly .
Okay, I did find this under their FAQ's:
Q: What will happen if my transcript and/or payment arrive after the program deadline date? Will NursingCAS process (verify) my application?
A: Yes. NursingCAS will still accept official transcripts and fees that arrive after the deadline date, however your selected nursing schools may not review your application file if your transcripts and/or fee are received late. You are strongly encouraged to submit all of your application materials to NursingCAS by the earliest deadline date set by your designated nursing schools. NursingCAS will not issue refunds for missed deadlines. NursingCAS is not responsible for any materials lost in the mail or for delays caused by the Registrar’s Office. Express or certified mail does not guarantee expedient processing, nor does sending transcripts express or certified guarantee receipt by NursingCAS. Please note: NursingCAS will not begin processing (verifying) your application until all official transcripts and payment are received.
Let me know what they tell you. I have emailed them also since I could not get through on the phone.
OK so I called them and referenced my application submission date which was the 8th, said I had all the fees paid and transcripts. They said it would take within 12 business days and it should be verified on the 24th for me :)!!
Okay, good deal. I just called and talked to them too. Mine is good to go also! :)
Finally got mines evaluated :)!!
