Nursing Career Mobility and Sucess

Hello Fellow Nurses!! I am posing a question as to Nursing Career Mobility and Success. In your opinion Which area, arena, or specialty of Nursing do you believe to be the most beneficial in gaining more advanced opportunities, salary increases, and success?

Some examples coud be:

What experiece is helpful in becoming a successful Legal Nurse Consultant (L/D, Surgery, Meg-surg?)

What experience can lead to Forensic Nursing?

What is the most needed specialty or area of nursing with in the Travel Nurse Industry?

Which areas are most needed, lucrative, or secure? What career option offers financial freedom and independence? Maybe this thread coud be a sticky thread posted in each Nursing specialty to gain all Knowledge of Career Options and the success stories behind them.

Please give me your opinions, examples, success stories!
