please can someone recommend a good book that can help me write care plans.

Here is a link for an online care plan constructor which is free and very easy to use. It's better than any book I've found on the market, not to mention it's free and I'm too poor to buy anymore anything right now :rotfl:

I've also had much luck with http://www.rncentral.com which also has free care plans. I used them both last semester, 100% on my final care plan :)
