You want a care plan... then get a book and create it. This isn't a restaurant. You don't put in your order and expect others to do your work.

This is not a care plan drive- thru.... as you will see from other care plan threads, students start with what they have, and ask for help/critique- not to have their work done for them :)

YOU need to know how to do this, as it helps you begin the thinking process needed in real situations when YOU are responsible for a human being
